All of our courses are approved by the NCBTMB. All classes are in-person unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation Policy
All registrants may cancel up to 30 days prior to the class for a $75 administrative fee. After this time, the instructor is committed and must be paid, therefore the registration is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Positional Release / PNF Stretching 16 CEU's
November 8-9 2025
Positional Release Therapy (PRT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) are effective manual approaches. PNF stretching is effective for targeting specific muscle groups to increase muscle strength and flexibility. Positional Release Techniques are effective in relieving pain and tissue dysfunction. Learn how to integrate these two techniques into your massage sessions to receive better and immediate results.
