Description
Also, known as the total body adjustment, it is a routine of treatment based on three principles
Routine, rhythm, and rotation, but also on, mobility articular integrity coordination stabilization
The aim of the treatment is to reorganize the body by mobilizing every joint from toe to head. By mobilizing the whole body, harmonization of all structures takes place. This technique increases body fluids exchange (blood and lymph, intra-articular fluid…) and increases the homeostasis capacity of the body. It improves the plasticity and elasticity of the tissues and therefore enhances the adaptability of the body to its surrounding environment.
