Beth graduated from the University of Connecticut as a PT in 1982. She has 40 years specializing in manual therapy working in a hospital setting and doing sports massage. In 1992 she began teaching Muscle Energy Techniques, Strain/Counterstrain, and Myofascial Release across the United States and Canada. Beth owns her own practice in Wilmington, NC.
