Transcripts are available for alumni and will be processed within 2-3 business days. Transcripts can be mailed to a recipient of your choice. There is a $20 transcript fee payable by credit card.
CFMNH graduates, please complete the Post Graduate Survey by clicking the button below. You will earn your choice of either a $10 credit at the Clinic or $30 towards any CE in this calendar year.
