Integrating the Emotional Body:
Awareness, Ethics, and Somatic Integration

This course explores the relationship between the emotional body and the physical body as it applies to massage therapy practice. Students will learn how emotions are held, expressed, and released through the body, while remaining firmly within massage therapy scope of practice. Emphasis is placed on somatic awareness, trauma-informed touch, ethical boundaries, practitioner self-regulation, and client communication.
Integrating Shiatsu into Your Massage Practice

April 25-26, 2026
Shiatsu massage uses aspects of five element Meridian therapy to bring deep relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Assisted stretching and rhythmic pressure with hands and feet, to specific Meridians, meridian points, muscle groups, balance the body, helping with headaches, back pain, insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, and digestive issues. Shiatsu also boosts energy and promotes mental clarity. Shiatsu massage is a holistic therapy that works on the physical, energetic and emotional levels. Suitable for various conditions and ages and can be a gentle, lotion free, fully clothed option for those clients with sensitivities.
OsteoThai - An Introduction

Osteothai is the integration of Thai Massage & Osteopathic principles during a Thai massage, a bridge between East and West. It combines the extraordinary power, creativity of Thai techniques, with the precision, and softness of osteopathic principals of touch. Osteothai combines: Traditional Thai massage varied using powerful stretches, using long leverage techniques across muscle groups (inspired by yoga postures) and its acupressure work on energy lines and the creativity of dynamic movements of traditional Thai massage.
Positional Release /
PNF Stretching
21 Hours
October 2-4, 2026
Positional Release Therapy (PRT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) are effective manual approaches. PNF stretching is effective for targeting specific muscle groups to increase muscle strength and flexibility. Positional Release Techniques are effective in relieving pain and tissue dysfunction. Learn how to integrate these two techniques into your massage sessions to receive better and immediate results. This is a 21- hour Continuing Education Course and it is NCBTMB approved.

Beth will teach you myofascial massage techniques that will bring about immediate changes to your clients, creating more mobility and less pain.
