Spend a weekend rejuvenating your healing energy! This workshop/class will include Qigong, breath work, meridian tapping, self lymphatic techniques, meditation, yoga, and somatic release. Includes quick and easy techniques for your clients and yourself.

Your instructor: Mary Onna Bode

Mary Onna Bode is a graduate of the Florida School of Massage and has been practicing for 40 years. She is well-connected in the healing field and is a breath and qi gong coach, visceral worker, and reiki master. She is an instructor and clinical supervisor at Center for Massage & Natural Health and finds great pleasure in being part of the students' growth into professional bodyworkers.
