At our Retreat Center, we offer special retreats for health and wellness for those who wish to focus on specific health issues and goals.

These issues include weight loss and addiction recovery (alcohol, drugs, smoking, foods, etc.), We also offer services related to other health issues, such as depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, PSMD, PMS, and chronic disorders, such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrom, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and chronic pain, and many others that affect the way we think and feel about ourselves and the world around us.

7-Day Smoking Cessation Program

At The Essence Center, we include a program that will help you break your addiction to nicotine.

Our Smoking Cessation Program includes beautiful accommodations, delicious spa cuisine, massage therapy, hypnotherapy, and our specialized Smoking Cessation Nutritional Protocol that will help to curb cravings and detoxify your body.

Our 7-Day Smoking Cessation Program includes the following:

• 7-Nights Beautiful and spacious Retreat accommodations
  
• All guest rooms have two Queen sized beds and Cable TV
• All guest rooms have private bathroom with separate vanity area
• All guest rooms have private decks with stunning mountain/lake views

28-Day Total Health Recovery Program

During our 4 week Total Health Recovery Program, we will take you on an incredible journey that will detoxify you from head to toe and allow you to break habits that inhibit your optimal health. Whether from the toxins of every-day living or dependence on unhealthy habits or substances, this program will be nutritionally customized to meet your individual needs and goals.

This highly specialized retreat utilize Nutritional Gene Therapy, also known as Orthomolecular Medicine. Our clients meet with our holistic nutritionist to discuss specific goals and objectives, and customize a nutritional protocol that will help you achieve your desired outcome. Our Nutrtional Gene Therapy includes taking very specific nutrients throughout the day, and are adjusted on a weekly basis.

Our 28-Day Total Health Recovery Program is for those who want to reclaim their health and sense of well-being in a profoundly self-loving way. This program is designed for people who need to restore their health on every level, body, mind and soul, and those in need of extended recovery support.

We recommend our 28-Day Program for anyone considering a retreat for any of the conditions listed above. It takes a considerable amount of time to correct the biochemistry that causes these types of issues, and careful monitoring and refining of the elements you receive during your stay with us is crucial. You cannot expect to achieve your desired outcome with a shorter program.

To receive all the included treatment sessions and appointments, our Total Health Recovery Retreats begin and end on Sundays. Other arrival days are available, but may alter your program schedule slightly. We will do our best to make sure you receive all your included therapeutic sessions, however, therapies scheduled for the day you arrive and depart may be forfeited. We cannot issue credit for these forfeited therapies.

*Our therapy treatments are held in a group setting, but may be provided on a one-on-one basis based on the number of clients we have during your stay.
