Student Housing

Asheville has now been rated one of the top 5 places to live IN THE WORLD, and named the #1 Adventure Town by National Geographic in 2007! We are proud to be located in such a wonderful and beautiful location, and attract students from all over the globe.
We currently offer the following Student Housing options:
SIX MONTHS AT OUR LAKE-SIDE STUDENT CABIN This is shared space (2 students per unit). Student cabin includes a fully furnished 1-bedroom suite. These suites include 2 twin-sized beds, full bath, living room with TV and cable, local telephone service and kitchenette, with sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small refrigerator.
The cabin has two units connected by a large deck overlooking the lake. Depending on demand, there may be women in both units, or men on one side, and women on the other. We do not provide laundry services, or access to other retreat center amenities with the exception of the grounds.
These accommodations are a 5 minute walk to the Education Center. Application Required.
Price per student for 6 Months: $3600. Advanced payment, rental agreement and $200 damage deposit are required to secure your reservation. Check-In is the day before classes start, and check-out is the day after graduation. If you need a place to stay before or after these dates, you are welcome to rent a room at our Retreat Center.
PRIVATE RETREAT CENTER ACCOMMODATIONS The Retreat Center guestrooms are discounted to our students, and available by the night if you need temporary accommodations while finding longer-term housing, or if you wish to enjoy the luxury of living on-campus, full-time while in school. These are private accommodations.
Guestrooms include 2 queen-sized beds, private full bath with separate vanity area, private deck TV and cable. These accommodations include our Retreat Center Amenities, including continental-styled breakfast, use of our FAR Infrared Sauna, exercise equipment and access to our grounds. You are also welcome to join our morning yoga classes, when they are scheduled. These accommodations do not include housekeeping, laundry or kitchen privileges. These accommodations are a 5 minute walk to the Education 
Center.
Price per guest room: $99 per night, $600 per week or $1800 per month. If you wish to share a guest room with another student, there is an additional $20/night fee.
NOTE: Out of respect and fairness to all of our paying students and guests, visitors and pets are not permitted at any time at the Student Cabin or Retreat Center. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Other terms and conditions apply.
